The reason you see so many people on social media meal prepping on the weekends is it is a helpful skill to create success in your health and wellness journey. It doesn’t have to be a huge task, there are different ways you can work it into your week to make it work for you.

Personally, I find planning my food helps take the daily guess work out of what I eat, and helps me stay on track, but also I do a much better job with the grocery shopping. Buying food we actually need to use that doesn’t go to waste or get thrown out (I hate waste)

If planning your food is hard work for you, we have our 21 day food plan which comes with recipes and a Macro Calculator the perfect tools for success. Or you can plan your own menu – just write it all down, create a shopping list and you are on your way. If you want to know how to get this for FREE, you can contact and book an appointment with me so I can provide you a FREE coupon.
I usually share my meal prepping on social media, so make sure you are following me @chanelketocoach on Instagram or Chanel E Stuck on facebook.
