Ingredients and Procedures
Ingredients:
- 1 ¼ cups desiccated coconut
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup cocao powder
- 2 ½ Tbls powdered sweetner
- 1 Tbls MCT oil
- 1 scoop choc protein powder (I use True Protein Vegan85)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tblsp sugar free maple syrup
- 2 Tblsp butter (optional – I like to add a packet of Keto Kreme for extra goodness)
Procedures:
Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer or in a food processor until well combined. Roll into balls and roll into desiccated coconut.
Makes 16 balls
