Keto Protein Balls

Ingredients and Procedures

Ingredients:
  • 1 ¼ cups desiccated coconut
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cocao powder
  • 2 ½ Tbls powdered sweetner
  • 1 Tbls MCT oil
  • 1 scoop choc protein powder (I use True Protein Vegan85)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tblsp sugar free maple syrup
  • 2 Tblsp butter (optional – I like to add a packet of Keto Kreme for extra goodness)
Procedures:

Mix all ingredients together with a hand mixer or in a food processor until well combined.  Roll into balls and roll into desiccated coconut.

Makes 16 balls
