Many of you tune in to follow my journey with managing Menopause. It’s been 18 months since I had it confirmed. In this time, I have made changes to what I do to manage the symptoms naturally. If you already follow me, you know my secret weapon is my stable for helping keep the menopause side effects at bay (if you haven’t tried them yet I really encourage you to test them for yourself) I recommend starting with this. https://chanelketocoach.com/product/10-day-experience-trial-most-popular/
Food is an area I have made changes. I know that carbs matter in menopause. This is to do with insulin. We want to keep insulin low (this is one of the reasons I intermittent fast) but managing my carbs has been another change I have made. I am low carb now, and don’t eat carbs or sugar after 3pm. There are many options now for snacks … I like to make keto chocolate too. I go for Keto options, because I know they will be low carb and low or no sugar. If we are having a platter I will have pork crackle, keto crackers, nuts …
I try and give you one of our family recipes each week in my facebook group, as I adapt family meals and make them low carb – this should give you ideas on how to do it yourself. If you want to join the facebook group you will find it here https://www.facebook.com/groups/227396612349065/?ref=share
