Ingredients and Procedures
Ingredients:
- 1 large egg, room temp
- 3 Tablespoons coconut oil (liquid)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup powdered sweetner
- 2 Tablespoons cocao
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use True Protein Vegan 85)
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Pink salt
- ¼ tsp white or rice vinegar
Procedures:
Mix everything together, split between 2 mugs. Microwave for 30 sec bursts until cooked.
