Chocolate Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients and Procedures

Ingredients:
  • 1 large egg, room temp
  • 3 Tablespoons coconut oil (liquid)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup powdered sweetner
  • 2 Tablespoons cocao
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I use True Protein Vegan 85)
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Pink salt
  • ¼ tsp white or rice vinegar
Procedures:

Mix everything together, split between 2 mugs.  Microwave for 30 sec bursts until cooked.

Enjoy!!
