Ingredients and Procedures
Ingredients:
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 egg whites
- 1 scoop protein powder (I use True Protein Vegan 85)
- Half a banana
Procedures:
Put all ingredients into a blender or nutribullet, blitz until smooth. Make into pancakes or waffles with a waffle maker
Serve with sugar free maple syrup and berries
